• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, and your deposit may be lost.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

• Deposits can be made via bank transfer or cash.
